What are the acceptable payment methods for your company?

T/T, 30% deposit and the balance payment when see the copy of B/L or L/C at sight, or Paypal.
More payment methods depend on your order requested.

What certificates do you have?

Our company has acquired IS09001 quality management system certification.

How often do you update your products?

We will update our products twice a month.

Can you put our logo or company name on the package?

Yes, We always provide customized stickers / printings / package for our customers.

Do you have MOQ of products? If yes, what is the minimum quantity?

Our MOQ is 300-500pcs per design.

If we want our own logo on the product or special design, is it possible?

Yes, we always support OEM & ODM service.

What is your sample/production time?

Clock samples around 7-10 days, production time around 30-35 days, it is depend on your order quantity.

Watch samples around 12-20 days, production time around 35-45 days, it is depend on your order quantity.

Can i get the samples before place mass order?

Yes, we can provide you the samples, existing samples can be free, customized sample is not free but the fee cost is refundable when we received the order from you.

How about your product quality?

All of our product has been 5 times quality checked before shipping with IQC, LQC, PQC, FQC and QA department.
